1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Transform Hub ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Transform Hub provides comprehensive resources, tools, frameworks, and guidance for organizations navigating AI digital transformation. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • AI readiness assessment tools
  • Transformation frameworks and methodologies
  • Tool comparison and marketplace
  • Case studies and implementation guides
  • Educational content and blog articles
  • Resource library and templates

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate AI Transform Hub, employees, other users, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Platform
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AI Transform Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use

6. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AI Transform Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the User Content
  • The User Content is accurate and not misleading
  • Use and posting of the User Content does not violate these Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by AI Transform Hub. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Tool reviews, ratings, and comparisons on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse any specific tools or vendors and are not responsible for your interactions with third-party service providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER AI TRANSFORM HUB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH AI TRANSFORM HUB MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM.

AI Transform Hub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL AI TRANSFORM HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Transform Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

No waiver by AI Transform Hub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of AI Transform Hub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Transform Hub regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and AI Transform Hub.
